As a Capture Manager at Ampsight, you will be responsible for leading the capture efforts for various federal contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and drive successful business pursuits. Your engaging communication style and ability to build relationships will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of capture activities, from opportunity identification to proposal submission
Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics to maximize win probability
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target clients and competitors
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling solutions and win themes
Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
Prepare and present capture status updates to senior leadership
Participate in proposal development and review processes
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal capture management or a similar role
Strong understanding of the federal procurement process and regulations
Proven track record of successfully capturing federal contracts
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
