Position Summary
Responsible to provide students with transitional support and placement services leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training. Works cooperatively with Career Technical
Training and Career Transition staff to provide students with comprehensive and individualized
case management to identify and remediate students transitional barriers. Uses proper discretion
and judgment to resolve issues and ensure student success after Job Corps. Conducts effective
community job development activities with key business and community leaders.

Responsibilities
- Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
- Supports educational and related placement goals for assigned students.
- Ensures Contract meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
- Establishes supportive/mentoring relationships with students during the Career Transition
- Provides personalized career counseling and evaluates student performance.
- Oversees, develops, monitors, and updates student transition plans to ensure successful
- Develops Center-beneficial business and community linkages that provide students with
- Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains appropriate personal attendance, accountability and work productivity standards.
- Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Understands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.
- Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.

- Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population. Takes swift and
