Catalyst Driven Equities Analyst

My client is looking to bring on a strong Catalyst Driven Equities analyst to develop trade ideas connected to mergers, spin-offs, restructurings, bankruptcies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research on companies undergoing significant events (mergers, spin-offs, restructurings, bankruptcies, activist campaigns)
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory developments within the Event Driven and Special Situations landscape
• Cover a wide range of industries

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant buyside experience
• Strong analytical ability, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate credibly and clearly, both verbally and in writing
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership of your work
