Change Analyst

The Sr. Change Analyst works within the IT Change Management team and technology stakeholders to assess the potential impact and risk of infrastructure and application changes. The Sr. Change Analyst partners with change technology change submitters/implementers to ensure compliance with the Change Management policy, processes, and standards; and validates all documentation requirements are met before change approval and implementation. The Sr. Change Analyst will facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, review/approve/reject infrastructure, and application change requests, provide regular stakeholder training, and proactively identify, and implement continual improvement opportunities.
