Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in capital raising and strong connections within capital markets. The CFO will oversee all financial activities of the company, ensuring financial health and driving strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Lead financial reporting and analysis to provide strategic insights.
• Implement and uphold financial policies and procedures compliant with IFRS standards.
• Optimize financial performance through effective profit and loss management.
• Drive revenue management strategies and oversee revenue streams.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Effectively interpret and communicate complex financial reports.
  
  

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance role.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial report interpretation.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
• Experience in public accounting is advantageous; CPA highly preferred.
