Responsible for partnerships with rotating student programs for medical, APRN, APP, and medical assistant schools.
Assist the regional hospital CMOs in implementation of quality metrics and measures approved by the regional hospitals for the outpatient medical practices owned by the regional hospitals .
Collaborate with regional hospital CMOs to monitor performance of specialty practices along agreed on quality indicators.
Promote the mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ and hold physicians and clinical staff to provide compassionate patient care consistent with the mission of AdventHealth .
Be an active participant in the efforts to recruit physicians that will support the Mission, Vision and Values of AdventHealth.
Lead the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of strong, comprehensive clinical programs that meet medical group growth initiatives, new delivery care models and the needs of patient populations in the community.
Ensure and foster a high level of collaboration within a highly matrixed team environment to coordinate patient outcomes, exchange information, and resolve problems.
