As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing services by providing exceptional support to both clients and candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication between clients and our recruitment team, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management 60%
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction.
Candidate Coordination 30%
Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and assess qualified candidates for client opportunities.
Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes to streamline the hiring process for clients.
Administrative Support: 10%
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and updating client and candidate information in our database.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
