The Clinical Quality Nurse will be an integral part of Theoria Medical's Clinical Operations team, focusing specifically on provider oversight and management. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the VP of Clinical Quality to ensure providers are fulfilling their responsibilities, adhering to quality metrics, and delivering optimal patient care.

Shift Structure:

  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm EST
  • Primarily Remote, some travel is required


Employment Type:

  • This is a full time, exempt position.


Responsibilities:

  • Primarily focus on Theoria employees, conducting performance reviews, and upholding Theoria's policies and procedures.
  • Address clinical staffing concerns including emergent sick leave for employees.
  • Facilitate staffing coverage for both emergency and planned PTO.
  • Assist with the monitoring and compilation of clinical data and metrics, including provider productivity, PRN utilization, and encounter tracking.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new providers, including assigning orientation sessions and Theoria Institute courses.
  • Manage daily communication and emergent leave coordination, ensuring alignment with scheduling protocols and prompt response to inquiries.
  • Review clinical practices and workflows, escalating issues to the VP of Clinical Quality, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform other associated clinical duties and tasks as assigned, reflecting the ongoing commitment to quality care within Theoria Medical.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • RN-BSN (required)
  • Wound care certification and long-term care experience (required)
  • SNF leadership experience (prior DON, etc.) (required)
  • Strong Clinical Foundation
  • Tech Savvy
  • Strong computer skills
  • Multitasking comes with ease
  • Personable and works well with other team members
  • Autonomous/Independent
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing organization and needs
  • Great problem solving skills


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000-$80,000/year
  • Health Insurance, including vision and dental
  • 401k with employer match
  • 15 days PTO annually
