RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC commercial sector
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction along with addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Coordinate with company departments to provide tailored HVAC solutions to customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies
- Set and achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Monitor and report on commercial business activities
- Work closely with company departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Provide training and support to branches on products and services
- Foster a collaborative high performing work environment
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market data and develop business strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development or related field
- HVAC industry knowledge
- CRM Eclipse knowledge
