What We Are Looking For

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst to join our corporate team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies to analyze salary trends and ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive within the auto industry.
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation systems to determine appropriate salary ranges and job classifications.
  • Streamline and standardize all job descriptions.
  • Draft comprehensive pay plans, including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and other forms of compensation, tailored to the needs of different employee groups and levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and implement incentive and bonus programs to motivate employees and drive performance.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Assist in the development of compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary negotiations, promotions, and job offers.
  • Participate in salary surveys and market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations that may impact compensation practices and policies.

The Opportunity Is For You If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in compensation analysis required, preferably within the auto industry or a similarly complex and dynamic industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
