We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a hybrid content assistant, providing essential support for our day-to-day business operations for the Founder & Creative Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily task, administrative duties to project / content coordination. If you are proactive and organized professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role. A love for fashion, Beauty and lifestyle is a plus. Basic photography and video editing skills is a requirement.
What You Do
• Weekly creation and execution of engaging newsletter campaigns
• Crafting and delivering daily brand pitches to enhance our brand’s visibility and partnerships
• Manage Upwork account, ensuring the efficient hiring and coordination of freelancers for various projects
• Video editor to create short and long-form video content that captivates our audience
• Manage Poshmark account, overseeing the listing and sale of inventory
• Efficiently manage up to four accounts (after 60 days)ensuring their seamless operation and success

What You Need
• Confident and poised attitude in internal and external interactions
• Outgoing personality
• Exceptional oral and good written communications skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Proficiency with software (Upwork, Flodesk)
