• The main function of a clinical contracts analyst is to initiate, draft, redline, and negotiate 3rd party complex contracts based on full knowledge of financial, regulatory and clinical requirements.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
• 1+ year of experience required

• Does your team use any specific technology/software you want us to look out for? Not particularly for this temp role (we use SharePoint and ECLM)

More on this position:
• What will a typical workday look like? Training with and shadowing the contracts analysts initially and then helping with the drafting and processing of clinical site contracts
• What will the work schedule be? Can any overtime be expected? Standard Office hours 8am-5pm on campus; overtime is not expected, but there may be some rare occurrences
• Will there be any travel involved? No
• Will you consider remote work? If yes, will they need to be in a specific time zone? No
• What are your top 3 required technical skills? Must haves? No technical skills required – just standard office programs (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Shared Drive, SharePoint)
• What are nice to have skills? Clinical contracts (SOW, budget) experience, but any contracts experience will do. Fast learner, quick but provides quality work.
• Is there anything that would automatically disqualify a candidate? No contracts administrative background
