About The Role

GoodRx is looking for a talented and motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The candidate will support the Director, Corporate FP&A and play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the company.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about automating reporting, able to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and able to collaborate as a team player. The role will have an emphasis on developing systems/processes that are scalable and sustainable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage headcount forecasting and reporting and develop financial analyses to track and gain insights into headcount performance
  • Take ownership of the consolidation process for the annual budgeting exercise, ensuring accuracy of data and conducting thorough sense-checks on assumptions
  • Help business stakeholders with resource allocation, ensuring spend is aligned with financial targets and short- and long-term strategic priorities
  • Provide timely and insightful analysis regarding period over period and actual vs. forecast performance
  • Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards, operating result packages and board materials
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure planning assumptions are aligned with accounting and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with operational FP&A leads to provide support on lines of business P&Ls to assess profitability and cost-benefit analysis of decisions
  • Develop and enhance tools to track business results and better understand key drivers

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience. Investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate finance experience are all pluses.
  • A proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Office / Google suite skills, particularly sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint skills, experience with database management tools and sophisticated modeling tools
  • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and ability to understand forecast nuances within the income statement.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced business model development and financial forecasting abilities
  • Ability to provide financial perspective, accountability and play a critical role in our FP&A team.
  • Comfortable operating with extremely high standards while also supporting a company that is scaling rapidly.
  • Self-starter who is able to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be “hands-on"
  • Excellent team player that can also work well independently and with limited direction; highly driven and self-motivated
  • High level of business acumen, the ability to analyze and assess opportunities and issues within the business
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s in a related field degree required; MBA is a plus

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $90,000.00 - $144,000.00
