Exciting Paid Internship Opportunity with Anaqua's Legal Team!

Are you a dedicated law student eager to gain hands-on experience this summer? Anaqua’s Legal Team is seeking a motivated legal intern to join us immediately for an enriching internship focused on contract and database projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage existing client contracts, such as software licensing, commercial licensing, and data security & privacy
• Collaborate with the legal team to track and maintain key contract details
• Assist in database management and other related legal tasks
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• A law school student who has completed at least one year of law school
• An enthusiastic learner with a strong desire to gain practical experience
• Possesses keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Available to work up to 24 hours per week for two months. Flexibility for extension into the fall.
  
  

Location:

• Boston-based position with the ability to work in our Boston office at least two days a week
