Creative Media Producer

Avue Technologies Corporation is seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Creative Media Producer to join the Avue Design Studio. The Creative Media Producer will develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for our in-application user experience, marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent technical skills, ability to craft compelling narratives across various media formats, and utilize AI tools to improve idea generation, quality, and process.

The Creative Media Producer will collaborate with cross-functional teams of UX designers, business analysts, marketing staff, and project managers to deliver value for Avue and its clients.

This is a remote work position and requires U.S. citizenship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

Video Production:

• Conceptualize, create, and edit video content or animated explanatory videos for in-application UX, marketing campaigns, social media, and website
• Use AI tools to improve idea generation, quality, and process for video projects that need to scale.
• Create engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels or LinkedIn
• Determine appropriate video genre for storytelling — such as animation versus live action
• Develop storyboards and scripts for video projects
• Ensure high-quality post-production, including color grading and motion graphics
• AI-powered video editing software for automating basic cuts and transitions
• Automatic caption generation

Audio Content:

• Extend audio to conversational user experience in the platform.
• Produce and edit podcasts, including recording, mixing, and mastering
• Create audio clips and soundbites for social media and marketing materials
• Develop background music or jingles for video content when needed

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics for in-application UX, social media posts, website, and marketing collateral
• Use AI tools to improve idea generation, quality, and process
• Create infographics to present data and information in an engaging way
• Maintain visual brand elements across all platforms

Social Media:

• Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
• Optimize content for each social media platform, considering aspect ratios and format requirements
• Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer and Avue clients to determine posting
• Craft text for social media posts, appropriate by platform
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas
• AI-powered scheduling tools for optimal posting times
• Sentiment analysis of comments and reactions

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure all content aligns with Avue Technologies Corporation brand guidelines and maintains consistent quality
• Collaborate with management, marketing, and product development teams to develop content strategy
• Manage project timelines and deliver content on schedule
• Analyze content performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia content creation
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in using animation tools for video creation (e.g., Adobe Animate, After Effects)
• Experience with AI tools for idea generation and improvement of media content
• Experience with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools)
• Experience with typography and color usage
• Familiarity with conversational UX
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices
• Excellent visual storytelling and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of multimedia work, especially in video, audio, and graphic design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation and motion graphics
• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Understanding of conversational UX principles
• Basic HTML and CSS skills
