What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating with creatives on your team to understand feasibility of bits and scenes
Working with the team to prioritize tasks needed to execute bits and scenes
Researching hard to find people, locations, and props
Negotiation with vendors, locations and any other big components for a video
Working with the team with day to day tasks for the overall video
Pitching options and visuals to creative

Understand how to think creative first, production second
Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
Leadership qualities, not just management practices
Previous experience in YouTube or heavy consumer of YouTube
