Job Description:

The candidate will be on the phone with members and patients who are pregnant or have recently delivered. Knowledge of and experience with individuals with postpartum depression is strongly desired, as the candidate will be using a postpartum depression screener to determine whether the candidate needs to be forwarded to a care coordinator.

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of previous call center/high call volume experience

Must have experience working with pregnant women
