Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential issues
Document confidential payment information from consumers as well as other personal information such as address and phone
Communicate sales trends and fresh ideas for improvement to account managers and sales staff in order to increase sales targets
Build sustainable relationships of trust through welcoming, warm, and interactive communication
Schedule and communicate deliveries efficiently in order to exceed customer retainment
Attend daily meetings in order to advocate new services and sales promotions to potential consumers
Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related field
High school diploma preferred
Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
Proven track record of sales abilities to up-sell products and services to meet customer needs
Superb time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
A professional and confident demeanor
