RoadSync is growing and so is our Customer Support Specialists team. You’ll work side-by-side with the executive team, solving daily challenges and monitoring our customer support tasks. CSS will be responsible for helping support our clients by communicating to them through phone, chat, and email to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction as they use Roadsync’s product suite.

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with a High School degree.

Some things you'll be doing at RoadSync...

  • General customer support duties – maintain customer support software, communication with customers, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain records and facilitate payment processing tasks to support and provide value to our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization
  • Resolve customer problems through real-time phone, chat, and email using Roadsync software to execute our service.
  • Prioritize work in order to maintain customer satisfaction based on unexpected tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
