The Position
We are looking for a part-time Data Entry Assistant for our Janitorial Manager product that is responsible for maintaining, and updating, databases, spreadsheets, documents, and other data storage systems while adhering to company standards and protocols. Tasks required in this role include:
Use monday.com or Microsoft Planner to keep tasks prioritized and to provide visibility to Account Managers and Leadership
Review customer meeting recordings/notes, and join customer calls when necessary, to understand the full project scope
Confirm import spreadsheets are accurate, making edits when needed, and importing into Janitorial Manager
Assess account data
Assist in customer account setup
Report account issues to the Account Manager & Operations Manager
Develop full understanding of Janitorial Manager, which could lead to assisting with testing and additional responsibilities in the future
Reach out to customers to ask clarifying questions when needed
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
1 year of Excel experience
1 year of Data Entry experience
Attention to detail
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
MUST reside in the United States
