Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Input and update data into our company database
Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Retrieve and prepare data for analysis and reporting
Assist with data quality control and data cleansing
Perform regular database backups and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
Fast typing skills and strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of database systems and MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
