Job Description

As a Data Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of our organization's data. You will be responsible for analyzing, organizing, and managing data to support business operations and decision-making processes. Your duties will include data collection, cleansing, transformation, and maintenance, as well as developing and implementing data quality standards and procedures. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions to optimize data workflows and processes. Additionally, you will assist in the development and maintenance of databases, data warehouses, and other data management systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data management, analysis, and manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
