Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and validate metadata within a research data management system, including constructing metadata definitions and data fields.
Develop data transfer specifications, facilitate data transfer file creation, and collaborate closely with clients and study teams.
Monitor and resolve system errors, update Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions, and support research quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration and mentor junior engineers while exploring new technologies.
Requirements
2+ years of clinical research experience, protocol development, project analyst, and/or IS experience.
2+ years of SQL, Coding experience, tableau, Power BI, creating SOPs, Google Cloud
2+ years of project management, organizational and systems thinking skills, demonstrated decision-making ability, and strong interpersonal and teaming skill
Experience with HIPAA, ICH, GCP, and JCAHO (Previous Healthcare experience)
