We are currently looking for a remote Database Administrator Assistant/Helpdesk Tech to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Database Administrator Assistant, You Will
Support database managers to ensure databases are operational
Troubleshoot issues, pull reports, grant access, and write standard operating procedures
Assist with beta testing for multiple databases and handle internal helpdesk tasks
Provide software support in collaboration with our Software Engineers
Restore lost data or correct data input errors
Maintain a strong understanding of database security, backup/recovery procedures, and performance optimization
Monitor database systems continuously

Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Experience as a Database Administrator
Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to obtain and maintain an "L" clearance
