We seek an experienced and driven Digital Media Manager to help oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our Clients. As a Digital Media Manager at Never Without, you will be responsible for managing our Clients' digital marketing budgets, setting campaign objectives and KPIs, and monitoring the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in paid advertising and social media marketing. Additionally, you must possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support media management in executing client marketing strategies, helping keep projects on schedule and plan.
Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns via Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
Trafficking digital ads across multiple platforms, conducting thorough QA on assets and settings, producing ad demos that meet client expectations, and recommending refinements as beneficial
Working with clients on campaign initiation and management -- preparing media recommendations, monitoring timelines and budgets, and managing expectations.
Support analytics needs, pull data, and assist in media and creative.
Work with client CRM lists, cleaning and uploading for customer match and suppression.
Conduct category, competitive, and placement research to guide media and strategic planning.
Own and grow relationships with client contacts, strengthening connections and campaign performance.
Manage platform partnerships, staying current on emerging creative/media trends and opportunities.
Authoring first draft reports with insights at campaign wrap
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a digital paid media role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or related field
Full-time availability during regular business hours (M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pm EST)
Advanced experience using Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
Advanced experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager
Microsoft Excel skills; exhibited acumen with an interest in data analytics
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely while being a collaborative team member
Creative and strategic thinker; drive to learn and develop new skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and great people skills
Interview Expectations:
Those who proceed to the final interview round must complete two assessments to demonstrate their knowledge and experience with ad platforms and reporting skills.
