Director, Financial Reporting

The Director, Financial Reporting will oversee the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with SEC reporting standards, research technical accounting guidance, and collaborate with several leaders across the organization to ensure accurate financial information. What you'll do:

• Manage the company's SEC filing process (10K, 10Q, footnote disclosures) and ensure compliance with SEC reporting regulations.
• Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
• Research and prepare and/or review technical memorandums for technical accounting issues
• Review XBRL tagging
• Mentor staff members on the team
  
  
  

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related
• 10+ years' public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
• CPA required
• Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
