OutScout has partnered with a multi-billion-dollar public safety technology company looking for a Director of Inside Sales to head up the East Coast.
They are seeking someone with a strong management background to lead a team of 7-10, ideally based out of Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on exceeding sales goals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners on the East Coast
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a team of managers and AEs
- Strong background in SaaS/tech space
- Experience in Enterprise sales
