Our client is a commercial real estate firm. They are looking for a Director of Investor Relations to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing investors, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Cultivate relationships with potential investors, including HNW individuals and institutions
  • Develop and execute strategies for raising capital to fund real estate investment projects
  • Create investment materials (presentations and reports) to attract potential investors
  • Lead roadshows to showcase investment opportunities to potential investors
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute effective roadshow events
  • Perform market research on prospective investors, competitors, and the real estate market
  • Assess real estate market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities
  • Uphold compliance with relevant regulations and disclosure requirements for fundraising
  • Draft regular reports for investors on project performance and financial results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business
  • 5+ years of investor relations experience
  • Real estate investment background
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
