Vice President | Director of Permanent Services @ Robert Half
Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Marketing Director for a large non profit client in Atlanta. This role will be focused on PARTNERSHIP Marketing responsible for leading strategic marketing and communications efforts for a portfolio of corporate partnerships and campaigns on behalf of our client. This role is onsite 2 days a week in the Metro Atlanta area.
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
Develop and implement strategies to engage potential partners, including corporate sponsors, foundations, and community organizations.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute marketing plans to support partnership initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partnership marketing efforts.
Fundraising and Sponsorship:
Work closely with the development team to integrate marketing strategies into fundraising campaigns.
Identify sponsorship opportunities and create proposals to secure financial support.
Manage and report on sponsorship deliverables and outcomes.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and execute events that engage partners and stakeholders.
Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and impact.
Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure successful event execution.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze partnership marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.
Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and partners.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, partnership development, or related roles.
Experience leading account teams within an agency setting considered a plus*
Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
Strong understanding of non-profit sector and fundraising principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
