About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Director, Account Management, to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth globally across multiple retail media platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. The Account Manager will work as a member of a pod, closely collaborating with an assigned Customer Success pod to deliver outstanding service and results to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to implement solutions that drive value. Help position clients for outsized growth and innovative solutions that drive their business forward.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with regular reports and insights. Track client metrics and success internally, and report to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Pod Collaboration: Collaborate with the Customer Success pod assigned to your Account Management pod to coordinate efforts and ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Renewals and Upsells: Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities to expand Pacvue's footprint within existing accounts, including globally and across several retailer media networks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:7-10 years of experience in account management, preferably within the Retail Media industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Mindset: Customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
