Noxgear is hiring for a superhuman Ecommerce Marketing Manager. You'll be the strategic mastermind driving our digital sales and marketing efforts. As such, you will join a passionate, energetic mission to illuminate and elevate the active lifestyle--a focus we've held for the past 11 years. In this role, you will report to and collaborate with Noxgear's co-founder and president.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager with a special blend of creative spark, analytical might and driven leadership. From your captain's chair, you will:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales, new customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with management to develop a plan to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
• Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, partnerships and programs.
• Obsess over our customer's experience along the entire journey and every touchpoint.
• Oversee and optimize our ecommerce site (wp-woo) and Amazon storefront.
• Develop and effectively deploy the marketing budget.
• Employ an experienced, data-driven approach to evaluate and optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Direct and manage the creation of marketing and ad creative.
• Manage and motivate the internal team, external contributors and collaborators to achieve mission success.
• Continuously learn and seek out new technologies, services and trends in ecommerce marketing.

💪 IDEAL ATTRIBUTES

• 5+ years of experience in all facets of direct-to-consumer, ecommerce marketing.
• Experience managing team members, external agencies, creators and partners.
• Direct depth of experience in paid ads on Meta and Google as well as email and SMS marketing.
• Proven performance in the development and execution of ecommerce marketing strategies, partnerships, programs and campaigns to drive sales.
• Ability to manage the collection of clean, actionable data that informs and drives effective action.
• Driven, curious, organized, creative and open-minded.
