ECommerce Marketplace Account Manager/Director

We are a leading provider of home furnishing products. We are dedicated to offering high-quality products to our customers through various online platforms. As we expand our online presence, we are looking for a skilled and experienced eCommerce Marketplace Account Manager to join our team and drive our sales growth on marketplaces like Walmart, Costco, Target Plus, TikTok , Shein and others.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


·     Utilize crawler tools and Google Analytics to gather insights on ranking, traffic, and conversion metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

·     Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share on online marketplaces.

·     Manage and optimize product listing, key words, content on multiple eCommerce marketplaces to maximize visibility and sales.

·     Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, competitors and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

·     Create and manage promotional campaigns, including deals, discounts, coupons, and sponsored ads, to boost sales.

·     Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid account suspensions or penalties.

·     Collaborate with the operation team to manage inventory, fulfillment, return, post sales service promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

·     Provide regular reports on sales performance, ranking, competitors analysis, and other key metrics to management.


Qualifications:


·     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. (Required)

·     Proven experience managing eCommerce marketplace accounts, with a strong track record of increasing sales and profitability. (Required)

·     In-depth knowledge of marketplace platforms and their respective tools.  (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, ChannelAdvisor, etc.). (Required)

·     Proficiency in using crawler tools and Google Analytics for data gathering and analysis.

·     Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


·     Experience in the home furnishing industry.

·     Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

·     Experience with collaborating with oversea countries’ teams
