Key Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents
Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate
Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions
Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other DISH teammates
Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well
Meet all of DISH performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals
May require after hour support - evenings/weekends
Managing sensitive and confidential information related to travel, expenses, vendor relationships, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores and promotions
Organizing department meetings and functions throughout the year
Collecting and processing expense reports
Networking with other executive assistants, executives, VPs and Directors to form positive, long-lasting relationships
Teaming with IT and Facilities groups on systems and department issues and requests

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working with the Executive and C-Level preferred
Skills And Qualification
Proficiency with Google Suite
Experience managing more than one Executive's scheduling, travel, and calendar
Experience working within a Fortune 200 company is a plus
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,730.00/Year
