We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior VP International Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our U.S. operations.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team, offering guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.
  • Continuously enhance sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take full ownership of the profit and loss responsibility for the international sales division.

Business Development And Strategy

  • Develop and execute budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to meet revenue goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.

Market Expertise And Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital media measurement.
  • Utilize expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position solutions effectively in the market.
  • Apply knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Drive business expansion through existing client portfolio with upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Establish a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success in sales leadership roles with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience in coordinating sales efforts across multiple regions with global teams.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.

Location: Hybrid role - must be available at either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA.

Compensation: Salary plus commission opportunity.
