Job Summary
Under supervision of facilities operations project managers and electrical engineer, perform a variety of tasks assisting project managers and electrical engineers to maintain documentation and perform administrative functions related to infrastructure projects.
$18.50 - $22.25 Per Hour
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

Job Summary
Under supervision of facilities operations project managers and electrical engineer, perform a variety of tasks assisting project managers and electrical engineers to maintain documentation and perform administrative functions related to infrastructure projects.
- Beginning June 2024 through September 2024.
- Responsible for following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe and secure work environment
- Team meetings with facilities shops (electrical, air conditioner, plumbing, controls)
- Support drawings creation (power, communications, controls, etc.) in AutoCAD software
- Support with drawing markups using BlueBeam software
- Support drawings fillings that include scanning
- Support facilities project management in various campus projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in high school
- Possess general knowledge of electrical circuits (electrical outlets, switches, ethernet connections, etc.)
- Possess some general knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning crafts
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds on a daily basis
- Distinguish among colors
- Knowledge of computer file structure and office organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)
- Strong teamwork and problem resolution skills
- Based understanding of electrical circuits
- California Driver license or permit to drive a vehicle
