A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker
As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include, transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. You are allowed a maximum of 30 hours a week. The shift begins at 5pm. However, your schedule is flexible and you get to pick the days of the week that best work for you.
Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area. We do provide a company car, cell phone and computer.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help children in times of crisis. We are looking for someone that can communicate clearly and effectively. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills and a strong desire to advocate for children! This position is great for those looking for a part-time job and who is wanting experience in the child welfare field.

- Average hourly rate is $14.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

- Shifts available are: Monday - Friday from 5p-8a or Friday from 5p to Monday at 8am****
