Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

One of my most impressive clients, a portfolio company of a thriving PE firm, is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their growing team. This role will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the rest of the c-suite on a daily basis. The company has been crushing it, and have acquired 6 companies since February and expect to acquire several more by the end of the year.

As FP&A Manager you'll:

• Get a seat at the table on all these deals
• Do finance optimization - build new processes and do value creation work
• Do a ton of financial modeling (especially on the revenue side)
• Do diagnostics on companies & assess acquisition potential

• The CFO is a great guy
• The business is cool because it incorporates both software & physical products and is in a very resilient space
• You'll work directly with the PE firm who has 9 funds and billions of AUM and growing
• The PE firm ais down to earth and they consistently take people from the portcos and move them to the PE group level and vis versa, which means tons of opportunities for career development and growth

Who they want:

• 2-5+ years of experience
• This role is perfect for someone coming out of Big 4 - M&A Transaction Advisory Services (Deals Advisory, Strategy & Transactions, Financial Due Diligence, etc.)
• Other relevant backgrounds would be coming out of an in-house strategic finance or FP&A role
• Someone who wants to get out of i-banking
