Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive banking risk management policies
  • Create banking policies encompassing risk objectives, underwriting standards, and

controls.

  • Produce deliverables including Underwriting Standards Document and Concentration

Limit Policies.

  • Ensure detailed criteria for borrower evaluation, cash flow analysis, and secondary

repayment sources are effectively outlined.

  • Draft Credit Related policy and procedures under banking industry standards

Example of Procedures/Policies:

  • Credit Policy/Procedure
  • Internal Credit Risk System Policy/Procedure
  • Leverage Loan Policy/Procedure
  • Model Risk Management Policy/Procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry,

particularly in leveraged lending.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices related to risk

management policies and procedures.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulatory

guidance.

  • Previous regulator experience is a big plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Korean language ability is a plus
