FITNESS RECEPTIONIST Full Time

The Fitness Receptionist will operate the front desk and assist with member service operations. The position will greet members and visitors to the center and serve as an information resource. Position provides a wide range of general clerical assistance and answers telephones. The incumbent is responsible for consistently providing high levels of quality customer service to members and guests of the Fitness Center at Augusta Health.

Requirements

  • CPR required or obtained in the orientation period.
  • 1-year experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.
