SAGE Dining Services® is seeking Cooks, Prep Cooks/Line Servers and Utility team members for a private school in the heart of West Knoxville off of I-40 Interstate and Cedar Bluff Road in Knoxville, TN. We are looking to add to our team; individuals who have a great attitude and a willingness to learn! Daytime, school schedule for an amazing company, fabulous community, and great hours!

What You'll Do
Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile.
Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).
Assist in training new culinary Team Members.
Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Need
Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
