Description:

Betches Media is looking for a creative social media expert to create and schedule content for our Facebook page. The ideal candidate will be a loyal follower of Betches, have a true passion for entertainment and lifestyle content as well as the Betches brand, and be able to grow, engage, and connect with its audience. The content manager must possess excellent writing and editing skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for social media.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage our Facebook posting schedule for up to 19 hours a week
• Transform 8 pieces of web content into social graphics using Canva templates and post those graphics and web links to our Facebook page
• Create engaging and hilarious captions for Facebook posts that align with the Betches voice and brand

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of social media design, storytelling and strategy experience
• A demonstrated ability to produce engaging content and captions for social media
• Proficiency in Facebook scheduling through Facebook Business Suite and Canva
• The agility and flexibility to work in a small, fast-moving team and a growing business
• Familiarity and strong enthusiasm for entire Betches Media brand
• Natural interest in entertainment and lifestyle content
• A quick, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
