Qualifications
•Proven track record of success in achieving growth targets in fundraising for blockchain startups
- Good and established connections with network of VCs is highly preferred.
• Detailed sales/fundraising pipeline metrics including leads generated; meetings/calls booked and asks/solicitations made; closing/win rates
• Quantitative descriptions of sales/fundraising territories, sales targets, and average amounts of sales/gifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors
• Experience working independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
• Develop and implement direct fundraising strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets, with a focus on major gifts
• Collaborate with the Hyperion team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives
• Utilize data and analytics to inform fundraising strategies and identify potential opportunities
• Represent Hyperion professionally in various settings, including virtual and in-person meetings
