The General Sales Manager has responsibility for leading and coaching the sales team. The General Sales Manager will lead and participate in selling opportunities and building customer relationships to increase our position in the marketplace. They will lead the local Sales team on the promotion, distribution and direction of our product portfolio and will have business development responsibility for products sold in their area. Lead corporate sales and distributor oversight. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for demonstrating the company values and purpose.
