SkyWater Search Partners is working with a rapidly growing global IT organization to find a Global Compensation Director. This position will lead the compensation function for the organization and will play an integral role in driving projects and providing analysis to attract and retain top talent in the industry. You will be responsible for the design, delivery and support of global compensation programs. This position is based in Chicago offering a high-degree of flexibility and a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic compensation projects such as annual compensation planning cycles, bonus processes, and retention programs.
Assist in the short and long-term compensation strategy and execution, including job leveling, career-pathing, attraction, retention, reward and recognition, and incentive design.
Lead compensation design projects requiring a broad understanding of compensation center of excellence programs.
Ensure compliance with local laws governing compensation and benefit practices.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, regional leaders and key stakeholders to provide recommendations on day-to-day needs.
Provide subject matter expertise and support on HR technology projects related to compensation requirements.
Desired Skills And Experience
6+ years of broad-based compensation experience in high tech; CCP preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expertise in compensation market practices, rules/regulations, and compliance.
Excellent communicator and influencer.
Comfortable with remote management/team collaboration and virtual communication tools.
Innovative and naturally curious team player with skills to influence at all levels.
Self-starter with great organization skills and follow-through.
Experience with ADP, Radford, Exactly, and PayScale or similar systems/tools.
