Head of Engineering - CDMO

Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with an innovative CDMO who is seeking a Head of Engineering.

Head of Engineering - Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering activities across the business
• Plan and implement best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to support and improve business performance
• Determine and understand the challenges faced by the business and take action to reduce obstacles and develop opportunities
• Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process
• Manage engineering policy, guidelines and any associated documents
• Create and develop innovative engineering processes
• Provide technical support to the business development
• Oversee and work on market opportunities and trends

Head of Engineering - Requirements:

• Degree (preferably Masters) in a relevant engineering discipline
• Able to budget on a large scale
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Track record in leading and managing large teams
