As Head of Engineering, you will...

• Oversee the engineering function to build useful, fast, scalable product
• Have ownership over growing the engineering team from the ground up, be responsible for hiring and evaluating candidates, and the engineering recruiting funnel
• Be an active voice in product discussions, and help translate product priorities to engineering priorities
• Be a key member of the leadership team, and work closely with the co-founders and heads of other departments
• Help produce clearer engineering levels and growth paths, and mentor other engineers
  
  
  

Requirements

Based in San Francisco

Previously built and managed high-performing engineering teams in the past

Strong experience and knowledge of the crypto space

Experience in hiring leading talent

Experience in system design, technical architecture, planning projects, and developing internal processes
