Head of Growth (Business Development) – DeFi – Degen Profiles


**Can be based in the US, UK or Europe**


This role can pay between $300,000 - $400,000 base + 100% OTE + Equity

Role Overview

As the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client. You will be responsible for driving the growth strategy, expanding the user base, and ensuring that products reach a global audience. Your expertise in DeFi, ability to think strategically and business develop efficiently through multiple channels will be crucial in propelling them to new heights.


Key Responsibilities

Development Strategy Leadership: As the inaugural Business Development Head, you'll architect and launch the strategic vision for bizdev and sales initiatives.

Partnership Forging: Cement meaningful alliances with key integration partners, digital asset funds, treasuries, and seasoned DeFi participants.

Brand Championing: Elevate our clients voice across various media, including interviews and social platforms, to amplify their presence and mission.

Cross-functional Synergy: Work in lockstep with the founders, bolstering areas such as growth drives, fundraising endeavours, and marketing campaigns.

Marketplace Impact: Fuel the growth in loan volumes and Total Value Locked (TVL), vital indicators of their burgeoning ecosystem.

Desirable Qualifications

DeFi Advocacy: Strong foundation in sales and profound engagement with on-chain DeFi ecosystems where you have sold DeFi-Native solutions.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in a growth role within the fintech or DeFi sector.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive decision-making.

DeFi Networking: A notable presence and extensive network of contacts within the DeFi community.

Dynamic Drive: A high-energy personality, capable of self-management and initiative.

Passion for the Cause**: A zealous believer in the principles of open finance, the cyberpunk ethos, and the pursuit of creating substantial value.
