Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role as a Home Health Aide in Akron, Ohio. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing daily care and assistance to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, patient care, and personal care. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a supportive and compassionate relationship with clients.
Qualifications
Experience in home care and assisting with activities of daily living
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide patient care and personal care in private homes and care facilities
Empathy and compassion for clients
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Certification as a Home Health Aide is preferred but not required
One year experience required
CPR certification is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
