You’ll help us track our employees and tell the story of our organization’s health through maintaining impeccable data & processes, providing speedy answers to questions, and improving the employee experience.

Hris

Essential Functions:

  • Run weekly Workday reports, perform audits, & take action to resolve issues.
  • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality locking files and following data distribution SOP.
  • Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities. Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes.
  • Responsible for coordinating the exit process including unemployment claims, DOL notice, and password resets.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the HR department as needed.

Payroll/ Benefits/ Comp

  • Support Coyote’s benefits program and answering employees’ questions.
  • Lead new hire benefits orientation & audit new hire elections ensuring completion within 31 days.
  • Ownership of Benefits and HR invoices, ensure invoices are tracked and paid in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll processes and ensure timecard accuracy before submission.

HR Ops

  • Responsible for the onboarding of all hires including contractors, audit hire process, temp conversions, I9 verifications, DocuSign and provide employee support.
  • Answer/resolve HR questions, ServiceNow cases, and Workday Requests.
  • Maintain employee guides, training documents, and SOPs – answer questions & escalate issues timely.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and private information.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, able to audit data
  • Demonstrates exceptional prioritization and multitasking skills to consistently meet deadlines.
