Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst is part of a team for that is responsible for the Workday HCM system and all supporting platforms. This person will handle System Maintenance and Configuration, Integration Management, and User Training and Documentation for a global organization.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and configuring Workday enhancements for HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, time tracking, leave of absences, reporting, and all associated modules.
Optimizing and maintaining the Workday HRIS technology performance, solidifying and documenting business requirements, resolving data integrity issues, and ensuring technology fixes.
Collaborating with Human Resources, IT, additional departments, and stakeholders to implement necessary system changes to meet business requirements.
Scoping, building, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems.
Monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure functionality, data accuracy, and consistency.
Acting as an HRIS subject matter expert; developing and presenting training programs and materials for HRIS users and creating/maintaining user guides and FAQs to support self-service and facilitate user adoption.
Qualifications needed:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in HRIS with at least 4 years of experience in Workday configuration and support, including prior involvement in a Workday implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
Experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence, and Benefits modules in U.S. and International locations.
Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration
Skilled in writing and completing test scenarios for system implementations and enhancements and developing Workday Studio Integrations
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, APIs (SOAP, REST), BIRT
